Explotaciones Ganaderas Estrén, S.L. we develop the process of breeding and production that revolves around pig cattle. We could define the different phases of the process between: Production and reproduction; animal care; food and care; health and sanitation processes.
Breeding and care Swine
Fertility and Swine Pregnancy.
Once the sow enters the puberty period and begins to ovulate, the condition in which it is found and its physiological well-being are valued to determine the most appropriate process for the correct pregnancy. Although it is in optimal conditions the future mother will be separated in a space to part with a verrack, where the natural mating process will occur that will result in gestation. In the event that this phase of the process did not work or posed a risk to the animal, artificial insemination would take place.

The food received is adapted based on the different qualities presented by each of the animals, optimizing their best fattening, development and condition, as well as adapting to their age of growth.
